"I've developed a solid communication coordination system where I am in touch with all of our department heads to see their progress and where they are in meeting their goals. Some days, it feels like a day at the races, watching the ever-changing scoreboard of who's racing ahead and who's falling behind. Recently, we had four deadlines approaching at once. Then, one department got sick. We didn't have enough resources to pull from other departments, so we considered outsourcing. Instead, we sent techs into our employees' homes and got them set up to work remotely. We met that deadline."
